PARK RULES

At Kidsville Playground we’re dedicated to creating a joyful and safe environment for children of all ages. To ensure everyone enjoys a smooth and enjoyable experience, we kindly ask all guests to follow these simple park rules. This includes having an adult actively supervise children throughout their visit. Please remember, Kidsville Playground is not a drop-off location. We appreciate your cooperation!

SAFETY FIRST

  • Adult Supervision: Children under the age of 12 years old must be actively supervised by an adult throughout their visit.
  • Safety Regulations: For the safety of all guests, please follow our posted safety regulations. This includes instructions on proper use of equipment and designated play areas.
  • Footwear: For safety reasons, socks are required for all guests playing in the indoor playground.
  • Food and Drinks: Eating and drinking are only permitted in designated areas. Please dispose of trash properly in designated bins.
  • Medical Conditions: If your child has any medical conditions that may require special attention, please inform a staff member upon arrival.

RESPECTFUL PLAY

  • Kindness Matters: We encourage a spirit of kindness and inclusivity. Please treat fellow guests and staff with respect.
  • Sharing is Caring: Take turns and share equipment with others to ensure everyone gets a chance to play.
  • Following Instructions: Listen to and follow instructions from Kidsville staff for your safety and the safety of others.
  • Appropriate Behavior: Running, roughhousing, and any behavior deemed unsafe or disruptive to others is not permitted.

CLEANLINESS

  • Cleanliness Counts: Help us keep Kidsville clean and enjoyable for everyone. Wipe up any spills and encourage your child to use the restrooms appropriately.
  • Food and Toys: Please keep food and personal belongings contained within your designated area. Lost and found items will be handled according to our policy.
  • Respect the Equipment: Treat all equipment and facilities with respect. Report any damage or malfunctioning equipment to a staff member immediately.
